This Timely Photo Was Published in the 1997 First Edition of TESTAMENT (with My Email to Putin and Biden Updates)

 

While preparing his nonfiction book TESTAMENT (1997) for publication, Mark Russell Bell found this T-shirt shown above on the complimentary shelves of the used books annex of the Bodhi Tree bookstore in Los Angeles.  Engaged in chronicling the 'Divine Synchronicity' occurring hourly in his day-to-day life in TESTAMENT, Bell decided that a photo of the T-shirt should be included in his nonfiction case study of a contemporary 'Christed one.'  Another photo on the same page in the book shows Bell in his volunteer position for the Southern California HIV/AIDS Hotline.  TESTAMENT chronicles his preparation for the occupation by learning about HIV and other viruses, STDs, etc., in an APLA class.  (TESTAMENT online photos page / NEW TESTAMENT online photos page)

 

One observation about the Nostradamus 'Mabus' quatrain of 1555 (Century II, Quatrain 62) has been articulated by Bell this way: "There are different translations in English of the quatrains.  If you share the perception that environmental havoc is being prophesied in this 'famous' or 'infamous' quatrain, then this is yet another reason for you to do everything possible that one can—motivating others to do so as well—so that everybody is dedicated to working together to minimize all the environmental concerns that for so many decades have been confronting our entire human and animal family of planet Earth."

The following is the letter that I sent to The American President tonight.

I voted for you in the Presidential election.  I am very concerned about environmental problems throughout the world.  I have published articles about flying saucer 'contactees' and believe if this information could become publicly known our friends from different spheres of existence could actually help us with environmental challenges.  If you have any question, please call me at . . . [my phone number was included] . . . I know this mail can reach you because a friend of mine who contacted a previous President was honored at a White House event after doing so.

It was in 1995 when the omnipresent 'God Force' began interacting with me and my blog articles show the expansion of consciousness that has occurred.  Every human being has a 'spark of the Divine Source' and, in fact, all people are all individual aspects of the same Universal Being Who Is affectionately known as 'The Only One' by ourselves in the Ascended Realm of existence.

Mark Russell Bell is the author of TESTAMENT (1997).  The nonfiction book is presented as a case study with a documentary style using question and answer interview transcripts, journals and photographs.  His professional occupations have included talent agent, movie publicity writer for Paramount Pictures, and school office technician including special education duties.  

After experiencing some strange events as a child, Bell has had a life-long interest in learning about strange occurrences sometimes categorized as ‘paranormal phenomena.’

After majoring in cinema at USC, he worked as a talent agent before becoming staff writer in the publicity department of Paramount Pictures and contributing to the campaigns for such films as “Braveheart,” “Fatal Attraction,” “Forrest Gump,” “Ghost,” “The Godfather, Part III,” “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,” and the “Star Trek” series.  Ironically, after his 'paranormal initiation' and deciding to dedicate himself to completing TESTAMENT, Bell became a co-winner (as voted by members of The Publicists Guild of America) of The Maxwell Weinberg Showmanship Award for Motion Pictures "In Recognition Of Their Outstanding Campaign" for the movie “Braveheart” in 1996.  He had begun writing movie press kits on a freelance basis as a favor to his twin brother who at the time was a publicity department executive at the Hollywood studio.  

In 1995 after researching documented ‘talking poltergeist’ cases, Bell learned about a contemporary Oklahoma family experiencing the phenomena.  His unexpurgated interview with the family is featured in TESTAMENT.  The family was seen on television in the November 1995 ABC special “Ghosts, Mediums, Psychics: Put To The Test” and this footage also aired in the summer of 1996 on “20/20.”  Among the authentic phenomena filmed for the special was a dining room chair moved by an unseen presence.

 

Bell's breakthrough moment of his 'paranormal initiation' to 'The God Force' occurred when he returned home to Los Angeles after his Oklahoma research expedition only to witness the paranormal phenomena continue manifesting in his presence in ways that then became even more surprising and revealing.  One aspect of the current 'phase' is psychic phenomena inclusive of  occasional 'solar plexus voice phenomena' with the recent expansion to daily sporadic psychic message occurrences spanning what he estimates as sensible signals, words and phrases along with others that Bell perceives as 'negative' or suggestively contradictory to what Bell considers to be 'common sense' orientations to circumstances of life — the prominence of negative instances apparently related to the recently noticed emergence of the 'God Alter Ego' 'The Devil.'

 

Bell also is noticing evidence of this shocking change having occurred with 'negative' aspects and contents noticeable in reports about fictitious/narrative movie and TV show storylines, heard in song lyrics, etc., throughout Pop culture entertainment (including computer games).  Bell also observes, "Entertainment media can distract people from developing their metaphysical and spiritual understanding of life — and, based on my own path of metaphysical and spiritual discovery in life, this is one of the most profound and fulfilling purposes for an Earth incarnation."

5/29/22 Update: Today I sent a letter to the Russian President online and hope that the technology on the webpage is functional.  Due to the length limitation, here is what I wrote:

 

(1) I would like to share information about https://testament.org with the President of Russia as I did last night with President Biden. It is very important at this time due to the ongoing inability of government leaders to work together due to some of them individually not realizing that separate country governments are in fact paperwork principalities and that every human being worldwide is part of ‘all One family.’ The most recent three articles at my blog provide all the details.  See: https://www.metaphysicalarticles.org  (2) I am very concerned about environmental problems throughout the world. I have published articles about flying saucer 'contactees' and believe if this information could become publicly known our friends from different spheres of existence could actually help us with environmental challenges and one can only imagine what other fields of science, biology and cosmology. I’m disappointed by the mean way that ‘Russia’ and you are sometimes perceived by individual journalists worldwide.  The word ‘Socialist’ only means that monetary wealth belongs to the people. (3) It was in 1995 when the omnipresent 'God Force' began interacting with me. 6/1/22 & 6/2/22 Updates:  Today upon checking my Email the first one listed was from "The White House" with the subject heading "Response to Your Message."  People who have known me over the years know that my biggest complaint about each Presidency beginning with that of Ronald Reagan is that this position now seems helplessly subservient to the Joint Chiefs of Staff (as I last mentioned online in a post written on 10/18/22).  That was the aspect of the Trump Presidency that most pleased me.  My basic reaction to this letter can be summed up as 'There's no mystery about the end of diplomacy among American governmental leadership being a primary condition resulting with the current war.'
 
I've decided not to show or quote the letter here.  After all, it was obviously written by a public relations person with approval from the usual list of government officials.  I remember a similar process at Paramount during my publicity writing years.  The letter reminded me how each American citizen should inform their political representatives that our desire is to help the people who live in Russia.  'Russia' is not a person; the country is a 'paperwork principality' and therefore should not be associated with any manner of human interpersonal relations or military assumed imperatives, 'corporate thinking' nor any aspect of 'social consciousness' whatsoever.  An example of grammar that shows a necessity for some further contemplation in the letter signed by 'Joe Biden' is "The prayers of the world . . ." (I suggest: 'The prayers of the people in our world—and most certainly in other worlds—are praying and hoping that our leaders are able to diplomatically together resolve all fears and disparities so that all may experience living in peace and security with all brothers and sisters of our entire human family.')  I recall the lyrics of the very special song "Universal Soldier" by Buffy Sainte-Marie:

6/4/22 Update: Here's some data for considering if there are any winners or losers when there is war and whom is currently engaged in war tactics.  A June 2 headline in the Los Angeles Times is "Advanced U.S. weapons going to Ukraine."  Another article in the same edition indicates consequences of the government leaders favoring military values over international diplomacy: "In U.K., more are relying on food banks."  Other recent newspaper articles that I've read report about other consequences — involving accelerating gas prices and a war-induced rise in fertilizer costs (impacting food prices) because Russia is a key exporter of fertilizer components.  A grocery store where I shop also now makes available a weekly newspaper called The Epoch Times.  On Thursday the lead headline story was "New Wave of Food Price Hikes Set to Hit Americans This Fall."  Three other articles in this current edition are "'Energy Emergencies': US Blackout Risks During Summer Rise Amid Global Energy Crisis"; "Today's Energy Crisis Worse Than Oil Shocks of 1970s, IEA Chief Warns"; and "China's Flagging Economy Has 'No Cure,' Analysts Say."  Local reports in the newspaper are about increased policing needed for public transportation and coastal beaches with "cracking down on homeless people living on the trains"; and about 160 school bus catalytic converters stolen locally this year alone to-date at a cost of $581,000.  Do you see the 'writing on the walls' unless YOU do something now.  One alternative is simply sharing this blog post with others.

 

6/5/22 Update: An Express (UK) article was published today entitled "'Nuclear war is coming' . . .".  Sophia Mencarelli reports: "The claims came as US President Joe Biden announced that new weapons and aid package will be sent to Ukraine in the coming days.

"In a statement, he announced that the US would send 'more advanced rocket systems and munitions that will enable [Ukrainian soldiers] to more precisely strike key targets on the battlefield in Ukraine."

Russian 'political scientist' Sergey Mikheyev is quoted as having said during a 'state-controlled' Russian TV channel 1 interview: ". . . [the West] don’t understand what happens next.  The nuclear war is coming."
