This article features images and several passages from Why Am i Afraid to Tell You Who i Am?  A prominent theme of the book is that attention should always be given to determining if one is always being "open and truthful about ourselves, our thoughts and emotions" including being "honest with ourselves."   This is especially 'true' regarding what this blogger has previously shared concerning one's intellectual development and not overlooking the reasons for being optimistic about learning about the interrelationship with 'The God Force' — Love is relevant.  Learning, helping others, sharing data is a source of fulfillment and an essential purpose of the human being in expressing Love in return to the Source.  

 

All of the articles at this blog (and also the chapters of my initial noncommercial documented nonfiction case study) are intended to help readers develop one's understanding of metaphysical, spiritual and 'paranormal' aspects of life, including as relating to science, cosmology and 'The God Force' (and the nature of creativity and inspiration) based upon my personal documented experiences of 'paranormal initiation' and not scriptural religious dogma requiring some degree of faith. 

 
The basis for this article and the preceding post was a 'solar plexus voice manifestation' utterance indicating 'what's this' when I was looking at the cover of the paperback book Why Am i Afraid to Tell You Who i Am? (1969).  I then ordered and soon received copies of the other books by John Powell that were seen listed on the back cover.  Art and photos incorporated in the first two books chronologically are the basis for this article and the preceding one. 

 

The solar plexus voice manifestations I've chronicled were preceded by the myriad occurrences constituting 'paranormal initiation' experiences I've been documenting since 1995.  The solar plexus voice manifestations became prominent (more than rarely intermittent) after 2019.  I'd read accounts of 'Solar plexus voice manifestations' over the years in books about Spiritualism and mediumship.  On some occasions, the manifestations are distinctly literally emanating from or near and around the solar plexus area of my body, just as some psychics and mediums have described experiencing.

Here is some information about the author.

  

John Joseph Powell (1925-2009) was a Jesuit priest and author.  He was ordained to the priesthood in 1956.  Powell worked at West Baden University (1961-1965), the Bellarmine School of Theology of Loyola University (1965-1968) and Loyola University (1968-2001) where he became an associate professor of theology and psychology.  Powell was a proponent of humanistic Catholicism and wrote many books.  He also conducted spiritual retreats in addition to his counseling work.

 
While writing this article, I learned that John Powell was accused of sexual abuse by a number of women in 2003 and following years in relation to incidents said to have taken place during the late 1960s and '70s; however, no criminal charges were ever filed against him.
